The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From there, you can take the subway (7th Ave Line) to the 1st Ave Station. Once you exit the subway, walk east on 1st Ave until you reach St. Marks Place. Turn left on St. Marks Place and walk until you reach 80 St Marks Pl, where William Barnacle Tavern is located.
