From Trenton, walk to the Trenton Transit Center located at 72 S Clinton Ave. Once there, board the NJ Transit Bus #601 heading towards Philadelphia. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the stop at 8th and Market Street. From the bus stop, walk south on 8th Street until you reach the waterfront, then follow the signs to Spruce Street Harbor Park.

Train
Head to the Trenton Transit Center at 72 S Clinton Ave. Purchase a ticket for the NJ Transit train towards Philadelphia. Make sure to get on a train that stops at Philadelphia's 30th Street Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at 30th Street Station, transfer to the Market-Frankford Line (blue line) subway towards Frankford. Get off at 5th Street Station, then walk south on 5th Street until you reach Spruce Street, and finally head towards the waterfront to find the park.

If you are already in downtown Trenton, you can walk to the Trenton Train Station at 72 S Clinton Ave, which is about a 15-minute walk from the State House. Once at the station, follow the directions for the train option above, or continue walking to the waterfront via the streets leading to the river, but this is a longer walk of about 5 miles.
