From downtown Ithaca, you can catch the Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT) bus route 30, which goes to the Cornell Botanic Gardens. Board the bus at the Ithaca Commons stop (located at the intersection of State Street and Aurora Street). Make sure to check the TCAT schedule for bus times. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the Comstock Knoll Dr stop. From there, walk up Comstock Knoll Dr for about 5 minutes until you reach the entrance to Cornell Botanic Gardens.
