Bus
If you are starting from downtown Ithaca, head to the Ithaca Commons and find the TCAT bus stop located near the intersection of Tioga Street and State Street. Board the TCAT Route 11 bus, which heads towards the Cayuga Heights area. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes and get off at the 1st Street stop. From there, walk south on 1st Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Sciencenter, located at 601 1st St.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of the Ithaca Commons, you can walk to Sciencenter. Start at the Ithaca Commons and head east on State Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 1st Street. Turn left onto 1st Street and walk for about 15-20 minutes. Sciencenter will be on your right at 601 1st St.
Bicycle
For those wishing to bike, you can rent a bike in downtown Ithaca near the Commons. Head east on State Street, and then turn left on 1st Street. Follow 1st Street for approximately 1 mile. Sciencenter is located at 601 1st St, which will be on your right. There are bike racks available for parking your bicycle.
