From Downtown Ithaca, start at the intersection of Cayuga Street and Seneca Street. Head south on Cayuga Street until you reach the Ithaca Commons. Continue straight, keeping the Commons on your left. Walk towards the intersection with Green Street. Cross Green Street and head towards the Six Mile Creek area. You'll notice signs directing you towards Wells Falls. Follow the pedestrian paths that lead you to the nearby park area. The total walking distance is approximately 1 mile and should take about 20-25 minutes.
Public Transit (TCAT Bus)
Catch the TCAT bus from the nearest bus stop in Downtown Ithaca. You can take Route 11 or Route 12 towards the Six Mile Creek area. Make sure to check the TCAT schedule for the most current times. The fare is $1.00, and you can pay with cash or a TCAT card. Disembark at the stop closest to the Six Mile Creek area, then follow the walking paths to Wells Falls, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
