If you are starting from the center of Lake Placid, head east on Main Street towards the intersection with Saranac Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Lake Placid Avenue. Turn right onto Lake Placid Avenue and follow it for another 0.3 miles. The 1932 Olympics Hockey Arena will be on your right at the end of the street. Look for the large building with Olympic-themed decorations.

Bicycle
From the center of Lake Placid, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Once you have your bike, head east on Main Street. After about 0.5 miles, turn right onto Lake Placid Avenue. Continue biking for about 0.3 miles, and you will see the 1932 Olympics Hockey Arena on your right. It’s a smooth ride with bike lanes along most of the route.

If you prefer to use public transit, check the local shuttle schedule available at the visitor center. Take the shuttle that heads towards the Olympic venues. The bus will drop you off at a stop near Lake Placid Avenue. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk—head right on Lake Placid Avenue, and the 1932 Olympics Hockey Arena will be on your right side.
