If you're driving, head towards Huntington, NY. Use I-495 (Long Island Expressway) and take exit 51 for NY-110 N. Follow NY-110 N for approximately 5 miles, then turn right onto NY-25A E. Continue on NY-25A E for about 4 miles. Once you reach the intersection with Huntington Village, turn left onto New York Ave, then right onto Main St. Follow Main St. until you reach the waterfront area. Park your car in one of the public parking lots available near the harbor. From there, you'll need to walk to the dock for the ferry to Huntington Harbor Light.

Public Transportation
To reach Huntington Harbor Light via public transportation, take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) from Penn Station in Manhattan to Huntington Station. The train ride takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Huntington Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located next to it. Take the Suffolk County Transit Bus S40 toward Northport. Get off at the stop near Main St. in Huntington. From there, walk towards the waterfront. You will need to find the ferry service that operates to Huntington Harbor Light. Check schedules in advance as ferry services may vary based on the season.
