Take the S train to Times Square-42nd Street. From there, transfer to the 1 subway line towards South Ferry and ride it to the Chambers Street station. Exit the subway and walk to the West Side Highway. From there, you can catch the M20 bus towards Battery Park City and get off at the Vesey Street stop. Walk east towards the North Cove Marina.

From White Plains, take the Metro-North train towards Grand Central Terminal. When you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the 7 subway line. Board the 7 train towards Flushing and get off at the 34th Street-Hudson Yards stop. Transfer to the A or C subway line towards Downtown. Get off at the Chambers Street station, then walk towards the West Side Highway and catch the M20 bus to North Cove Marina.
