Train
From Yonkers Station, take the Metro-North Railroad train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and head to the 42nd Street Shuttle (S train) towards Times Square. Get off at Times Square and transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 subway lines towards downtown Manhattan. Get off at the 14th Street station. From there, walk east on 14th Street until you reach Lafayette Street, then turn south, and Joe's Pub will be on your right at 425 Lafayette St.

Bus
Catch the Bee-Line Bus #1 from the nearest bus stop to where you are in Yonkers. Make sure to check the bus schedule to find the next bus. Ride the bus towards the 242nd Street subway station and get off at the stop for the Westchester County Center. From there, transfer to the Metro-North Railroad train towards Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the same directions as outlined above, using the 42nd Street Shuttle and subway lines to reach Joe's Pub.

If you are staying in the downtown Yonkers area, you can walk to the Yonkers Metro-North Station. From there, take the train to Grand Central Terminal, and then follow the subway directions provided earlier. Walking directly from Yonkers to Joe's Pub is not feasible as it is quite a distance, so public transport is recommended.
