From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Take the Hudson Line train southbound towards Grand Central. Get off at the 125th Street station in Manhattan. At 125th Street, transfer to the A, B, C, or D subway lines heading downtown. Ride the train to 59th Street - Columbus Circle, then transfer to the N, Q, R, or W lines. Take the N, Q, R, or W downtown to the 14th Street - Union Square station. From the station, exit onto 14th Street, walk east for two blocks, and you will find the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre at 242 E 14th St.

From Yonkers, locate a Bee-Line bus stop that services the #1 or #2 bus towards the Bronx. Board the bus and ride it to the last stop, where you can transfer to the Metro-North train at the Bronx station. Take the train to Grand Central in Manhattan. Once at Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street shuttle and take it to Times Square. From there, transfer to the N, Q, R, or W subway lines heading downtown. Get off at the 14th Street - Union Square station. Exit the station onto 14th Street, walk east for two blocks to reach the theatre at 242 E 14th St.

If you are already in Yonkers and prefer walking, you can stroll through the downtown area towards the Hudson River. Follow the riverfront promenade to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Board a train heading towards Grand Central, and then follow the subway instructions as previously mentioned to reach 14th Street - Union Square. Once you arrive, exit onto 14th Street and walk two blocks east to find the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
