From Yonkers, head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards New York City. The bus will take you across the Yonkers border into Manhattan. Make sure to sit on the left side of the bus for a scenic view of the Hudson River. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the '42nd St - Times Square' stop. Once you exit the bus, you’ll be in a bustling area with several signs. Walk south towards 40th Street.

Make your way to the Yonkers train station located at 1 Alexander Street. Purchase a Metro-North train ticket to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. The ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the exits and head towards 42nd Street. Walk east on 42nd Street until you reach Madison Avenue, then turn left. The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower will be on your left at 1 Madison Avenue.
