Ferry
To get to Devonport Beach from the Central Business District (CBD) of Auckland, head to the Downtown Ferry Terminal located at 99 Quay Street. You can reach the terminal by walking or taking public transport to the city center. Once at the terminal, purchase a ticket for the Devonport ferry. Ferries to Devonport run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The ferry ride takes about 12 minutes and offers stunning views of the Auckland skyline. Upon arrival at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, you will be in the heart of Devonport.

Walking
After disembarking the ferry at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, exit the terminal and turn left onto Victoria Road. Continue walking along Victoria Road for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with King Edward Parade. Turn right onto King Edward Parade, and keep walking along the waterfront. Devonport Beach is located along this promenade, approximately a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal.
