Continue straight through the roundabout, and you will see signs for Waitangi. Follow the signs, and in approximately 2 minutes, you will arrive at Te Karuwha Parade. The Waitangi One Way Bridge will be on your right. Note that parking may be limited, so it's best to arrive early in the day.
