    If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Tauranga. Head southeast on Devonport Road, continuing for about 3 km. Turn right onto State Highway 2 (SH2) and follow it for approximately 6 km. Take the exit toward Maungatapu and continue onto Maungatapu Road. After about 1 km, turn left onto Fantail Drive. Te Ouwe Pa is located at 20 Fantail Drive, which will be on your right. There is no entrance fee to visit the site.
