From Rotorua, head to the Rotorua Central Bus Station located at 1170 Haupapa Street. Take the Baybus Route 1 towards Tauranga. The bus will take you directly to Tauranga, which takes about 1 hour. Get off at the Tauranga Bus Station located at 4 Willow Street. From there, you can grab a local bus or taxi to get to 17th Avenue.
