Start at the Tauranga City Centre and head to the nearest bus stop. Take the Baybus route 36 towards Welcome Bay. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop on Osprey Drive. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Te Auhi Reserve. Head south on Osprey Drive, and the entrance to the reserve will be on your left.

If you are near the waterfront, start walking along The Strand towards the Welcome Bay area. Follow the path along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Cameron Road. Turn right onto Cameron Road and continue walking until you reach Osprey Drive. Turn left onto Osprey Drive and continue walking for about 2km. Te Auhi Reserve will be located on your right at 37 Osprey Drive.

If you have a bicycle, start at the Tauranga City Centre and head towards the waterfront. Follow the cycle path along the waterfront towards the Welcome Bay area. When you reach the intersection with Cameron Road, turn right and cycle until you reach Osprey Drive. Turn left onto Osprey Drive and continue cycling for about 2km. Te Auhi Reserve will be on your right at 37 Osprey Drive.
