Turn left onto State Highway 1 and continue for about 15 kilometers until you reach the Great Alpine Highway intersection. Turn right onto Great Alpine Highway (State Highway 73). Lake Pearson/Moana Rua Wildlife Refuge will be approximately 20 kilometers ahead on your left side, marked by a sign.
