If you are starting from the Dunedin city center, begin by walking towards the Octagon, the central hub of the city. From the Octagon, head north on Princes Street, which will turn into George Street. Continue walking north until you reach the intersection with Kaikorai Valley Road. At this point, you can catch a local bus or continue on foot. If you choose to walk, proceed along Kaikorai Valley Road for approximately 2 km. Keep an eye out for the Historic Roslyn Cable Car, which will be on your left at 24 Kaikorai Valley Road.

The Historic Roslyn Cable Car will be located at 24 Kaikorai Valley Road.
