    Start your journey at the New Plymouth i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 9 Egmont Street. From the i-SITE, head south on Egmont Street toward Devon Street West. At the intersection, turn left onto Devon Street West and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Carrington Street. Follow Carrington Street as it curves to the right and becomes Pendarves Street. Continue straight until you reach the end of Pendarves Street where you will see a pathway leading into Paritutu Centennial Park.

  • Public Transport

    From the New Plymouth CBD, walk to the nearest bus stop on Devon Street West. Board a bus heading toward the Spotswood area. Request to get off at the stop closest to Rangitake Drive. Once you disembark, walk south on Rangitake Drive. Paritutu Centennial Park will be on your left. Follow the signs leading to the park entrance, and you’ll arrive at your destination.

  • Bicycling

    If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in New Plymouth. Start at the Coastal Walkway, heading towards the west. Follow the path until you reach the end of the walkway and turn right onto Carrington Street. Continue along Carrington Street and then turn left onto Rangitake Drive. Paritutu Centennial Park will be located on your right. The bike ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace.
