Walking

If you're starting from the New Plymouth Visitor Information Centre at 9 King Street, head south on King Street towards Brougham Street. Turn left onto Brougham Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Devon Street West. Turn right onto Devon Street West and walk straight for about 500 meters. You will see the TSB Showplace on your left. Continue walking until you reach Robe Street. Turn left onto Robe Street, and in just a short walk, you will arrive at the Clock Tower located at 2 Robe Street.
Public Transport

You can catch the local bus from various points in New Plymouth. Look for the bus routes that head towards the city center. Get off at the stop nearest to the TSB Showplace (which is a well-known landmark). From there, walk south on Robe Street for about 200 meters, and you will find the Clock Tower at 2 Robe Street.
