Walking
Start at the New Plymouth i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1-3 Brougham Street. Head south on Brougham Street towards the intersection with Devon Street. Turn left onto Devon Street and continue walking for about 800 meters. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. After reaching the intersection with Robe Street, turn right onto Robe Street. Continue for about 200 meters until you reach Kibby Carillon at 51 Robe Street. The carillon is located within the park area, so look for the large bell tower.

Public Transport
From the New Plymouth i-SITE Visitor Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop on Brougham Street. Take the 'Route 2' bus towards Bell Block and get off at the 'Robe Street' bus stop. This should take around 10-15 minutes. Once you disembark, walk south on Robe Street for about 100 meters. Kibby Carillon will be on your left at 51 Robe Street, situated in the park area.
