Walking
From the Paihia Wharf, head southeast towards the main road (Marsden Road). Turn left onto Marsden Road and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bayview Road. Cross Marsden Road and keep walking straight onto Bayview Road. Follow Bayview Road until you reach the end, then turn right onto Tau Henare Drive. Continue walking along Tau Henare Drive, and you will see the Treaty House ahead. The entire walk should take approximately 25-30 minutes.

Public Bus
From Paihia, get on the local bus service that travels towards Waitangi. You can catch the bus at the Paihia bus stop near the wharf. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as it may vary throughout the day. The bus will take you directly to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds stop on Tau Henare Drive. Once you get off, you will find the Treaty House a short walk away, along the path leading into the Treaty Grounds.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Paihia. Start your ride from the Paihia Wharf area, heading south on Marsden Road. When you reach the intersection with Bayview Road, turn left and follow the road until it ends. Then, turn right onto Tau Henare Drive. Keep cycling straight, and you will arrive at the Treaty House. The bike ride should take about 15-20 minutes.
