Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the Rotorua city center, start at the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Information Centre located at 1170 Fenton Street. From there, head southwest on Fenton Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Hinemoa Street. Turn left onto Hinemoa Street. Continue walking along Hinemoa Street for about 1.5 km until you reach the Polynesian Spa, located at 1000 Hinemoa Street, Lakeside. The spa will be on your left side, near the waterfront.

• Public Transport

  From the Rotorua city center, you can take the local bus service that operates routes around the city. Look for the bus stop near the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Information Centre. Check the bus schedule for routes headed towards the lakeside area, which should include a stop near Polynesian Spa. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance along Hinemoa Street to reach the spa, which is located at 1000 Hinemoa Street.
