Once you disembark, walk along McLaren Falls Road for about 10 minutes until you reach the park entrance.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Tauranga. Start your journey by heading northwest on Cameron Road towards 15th Avenue. Continue onto State Highway 29, cycling for about 5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with McLaren Falls Road. Turn left onto McLaren Falls Road and cycle for another 3 kilometers until you arrive at McLaren Falls Park.

    If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk from central Tauranga, begin at the Tauranga Information Centre on Willow Street. Head towards the waterfront and follow the path along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with The Strand. From there, continue onto State Highway 29, which leads you towards Omanawa. The walk is approximately 10 kilometers and will take about 2 hours, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
