Walking
Start at the Tauranga i-SITE Visitor Information Centre located at 4 Willow St, Tauranga. Head south on Willow St towards Elizabeth St, then turn left onto Elizabeth St. Continue walking until you reach the waterfront promenade. Follow the promenade along the waterfront, taking in the views of the harbor. As you walk, you will come to the end of the promenade; here, you can enjoy the stunning views of Tauranga Harbour. It’s approximately a 20-minute walk from the i-SITE.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Tauranga i-SITE Visitor Information Centre, catch the Bayhopper bus towards Mount Maunganui. Board the bus on Willow St. You will want to get off at the 'The Strand' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the waterfront. You will find yourself at the Tauranga Harbour after a short 5-minute walk. The bus journey takes about 10 minutes.
