From Wellington's Central Bus Station, take the number 2 bus towards Miramar. The bus departs every 10-15 minutes. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the stop on Miramar Avenue near the intersection with Camperdown Road. From there, walk down Camperdown Road for about 10 minutes until you reach Weta Workshop at 21 Camperdown Road.

Take a train from Wellington's central railway station to the Miramar train station. The train service may not be direct, so check the schedule. Once you arrive at Miramar train station, exit and take the number 2 bus towards Miramar. Ride for one stop and get off at the stop on Miramar Avenue near the intersection with Camperdown Road. Walk down Camperdown Road for about 10 minutes until you reach Weta Workshop at 21 Camperdown Road.

If you are near the Wellington waterfront, you can enjoy a scenic walk towards Weta Workshop. Start at the waterfront area and head towards Oriental Bay. Follow the coastline to the end of Oriental Parade and continue onto the Miramar Peninsula. From there, head towards Miramar, walking along the main roads until you reach Camperdown Road. Weta Workshop is located at 21 Camperdown Road, about a 1-hour walk from the waterfront.
