If you are starting from the Whangarei Town Basin, head north along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Bank Street. Turn left onto Bank Street and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Here, take the first exit onto Onerahi Road. Follow Onerahi Road as it veers to the right and turns into Parahaki Road. Continue walking straight for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the entrance to Camera Obscura Timatatanga Hou, which is located on your left. Look for the distinctive structure that houses the camera obscura.
