If you are driving, start from the town of Cherokee, NC. From the center of Cherokee, head east on US-441 N for about 2.5 miles. Look for the sign for Mingo Falls on your left. Turn onto Mingo Falls Road (also known as the road to the Cherokee Indian Reservation) and follow it for approximately 1 mile until you reach the parking area at the end of the road. There is no fee for parking, but the area may be busy, so it’s best to arrive early.
