If you are driving, head towards Creswell, NC. From the center of Sandhills, get on US-1 N. Follow US-1 N for approximately 30 miles until you reach the junction with US-64 E. Merge onto US-64 E and drive for about 15 miles. Take the exit toward US-17 S/US-64 E and continue on US-64 E for around 20 miles. Take the exit for NC-94 N toward Creswell. Turn left onto NC-94 N and drive for about 5 miles. Finally, turn right onto Lake Shore Rd, and Somerset Place State Historic Site will be on your left at 2572 Lake Shore Rd, Creswell, NC 27928.
