If you're traveling by car within the Prairie Pothole Region, head towards Walhalla, ND. From Minot, take US-83 N for approximately 100 miles until you reach the intersection with ND-11. Turn left onto ND-11 W and continue for about 75 miles. When you reach Walhalla, turn right onto 5th St, and you'll find the Pembina Gorge State Recreation Area at 101 5th St, Walhalla, ND 58282. There is no entrance fee for the park.
