If you are driving from Tromsø, take the E8 highway heading northeast. Continue on E8 for about 55 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 863. Turn left onto Route 863 and continue for approximately 20 kilometers. You will then turn right onto Tamokveien (Route 853) and follow it for about 10 kilometers until you arrive at Tromsø Ice Domes at Tamokveien 1374, 9334 Øverbygd. There is parking available at the site.
