If you are in the area of Karl Johans gate, walk towards the National Theatre. From there, head towards the waterfront by walking down to the harbor. From the Oslo Central Station, you can also take bus line 30 or 31 towards 'Aker Brygge'. Get off at the stop 'Rådhuset'. Once you exit the bus, walk down to the waterfront, and you will see the City Hall ahead. Walk straight towards the water and continue along the waterfront to Rådhusbrygge 3.
