    If you are driving from Stavanger, take the E39 highway towards Haugesund. After approximately 60 kilometers, take the exit towards Avaldsnes (exit 22). Continue on Kong Augvalds veg for about 5 minutes, and you will reach The Viking Village on Bukkøy located at Kong Augvalds veg 101, 4262 Avaldsnes. There is ample parking available on-site.

    From Stavanger, take a bus from the Stavanger Bus Station to Haugesund. The bus ride takes around 1.5 hours. Upon arriving at Haugesund, transfer to bus line 220 towards Avaldsnes. Get off at the stop 'Kong Augvalds veg' which is a short walk from The Viking Village. The entire trip may take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on transfer times.
