Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving to Ledges Trailhead, head to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Use GPS navigation and enter the coordinates: 41.2236632, -81.5101583. If you are coming from the park entrance at 1 W Streetsboro Rd, Peninsula, OH 44264, follow W Streetsboro Rd north and then turn right onto Ohio Route 303. Continue on Route 303 for about 3.5 miles until you reach the entrance of the Ledges area. Look for signs leading to the Ledges Trailhead parking area, which is located on the right.

  • Public Transportation

    For those relying on public transportation, take the RTA (Regional Transit Authority) bus to the Brecksville Station. From there, you can catch the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, which runs through the park. Get off at the Peninsula stop. From the train station, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach the Ledges Trailhead. Head east on Main Street, then turn onto Ledges Trail, which leads you directly to the trailhead.

  • Biking

    If you prefer biking, you can ride along the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. Start from the Boston Store Visitor Center located at 6900 Riverview Rd, Peninsula, OH 44264. Follow the Towpath Trail south for about 2.5 miles until you reach the Ledges area. There are bike racks available at the Ledges Trailhead for you to securely park your bike.
