Public Transport (Bus)

If you are closer to the Mutrah Corniche, you can take a local bus that runs along the waterfront. Board a bus heading towards the 'Mutrah Fort' stop. The fare is typically around 0.5 OMR. Once you get off, the fort is a short 5-minute walk uphill from the bus stop. Follow the signs directing you towards the fort.

Taxi (Local Taxi Service)

For a more comfortable option, you can hire a local taxi. Look for a taxi from a designated taxi stand, or call a local taxi service. The ride from the Mutrah Souq to Mutrah Fort will cost approximately 2 OMR. The driver will take you directly to the base of the fort, and you can enjoy a short walk up to the main entrance.

Bicycle Rental

If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle. There are rental services available near the Mutrah Corniche. Cycle along Al Bahri Road towards Mutrah Fort. It's about a 20-minute ride. Keep in mind that some parts of the road may be steep, so be prepared for some effort!
