From the Cascade Mountains, head towards the Historic Columbia River Highway (Hwy 30). If you're near Multnomah Falls, take the highway east towards Corbett. Continue on Hwy 30 for approximately 15 miles. Look for signs for Vista House. The entrance will be on the right side at 40700 Historic Columbia River Hwy, Corbett, OR 97019. Parking is available, but be aware that it may incur a small fee during peak tourist seasons.

If you are using public transportation, you can take the Columbia Gorge Express from Portland to the Columbia River Gorge area. The bus runs multiple times a day and will bring you to the Historic Columbia River Highway. Once you arrive at the nearest stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile to the Vista House. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as the service may vary. Costs for the Columbia Gorge Express are around $10 each way.
