If you are driving from Hood River, take I-84 E towards The Dalles. Continue on I-84 for about 20 miles, then take exit 87 toward The Dalles. Merge onto E 3rd St and you will see the National Neon Sign Museum located at 200 E 3rd St on your right. There is free parking available on the street and surrounding areas.
