If you're driving from downtown Hood River, head south on Oak Street toward State Route 35. Continue on State Route 35 for about 6 miles until you reach the interchange for Interstate 84. Merge onto I-84 East and drive for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 16 for Wood Village, then turn left onto NE Halsey Street. Follow Halsey Street until you reach the Stark Street Viaduct, located at Wood Village, OR 97060. Parking is available nearby.
