If you're driving from Portland, take I-84 East. After about 20 miles, take exit 22 for Corbett. At the exit, turn left onto Historic Columbia River Hwy. Continue for about 2 miles, and you'll find the Portland Women's Forum State Scenic Viewpoint on your right at 39210 Historic Columbia River Hwy, Corbett, OR 97019.
