Getting There

Walking

From the center of Gilgit, head towards the main bus station, which is located near the Gilgit River. Once you reach the bus station, look for a shared van heading towards Hunza or Passu. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Summayar. The fare is usually around 200 PKR. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. After you get off at Summayar, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along Jatorkhan Road, following the signs or asking locals for Baitham Lodge.
Public Transport (Shared Van)

From any hotel or guesthouse in Gilgit, ask for directions to the main bus station. Once there, find a shared van going towards Hunza. Make sure to tell the driver your destination, Summayar. The van ride will take about an hour. Upon reaching Summayar, ask locals for directions to Jatorkhan Road. Walk along Jatorkhan Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach Baitham Lodge.
Combination (Walking & Public Transport)

Start by walking from your accommodation in Gilgit to the main bus station. Once you arrive at the bus station, take a shared van heading towards Hunza and tell the driver to drop you off at Summayar.
