Walking
Start from the main bazaar area of Gilgit. Head south on the main road (N-35) toward Ghulmat Nagar. This road is well-marked and you will see a mix of local shops and small eateries along the way. Walk for about 30 minutes, keeping an eye out for the signs pointing towards Ghulmet. As you continue, you will pass by several small villages and scenic views of the mountains surrounding you. Once you reach Ghulmet, the Rakaposhi View Point Hotel & Restaurant will be located on your left side along the N-35 road. It's a popular spot, so you should be able to find it easily.
Public Transport (Bus or Van)
From the main bus station in Gilgit, look for transport heading toward Ghulmet or Hunza Valley. Buses and vans regularly depart from this station. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Ghulmet. The journey will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic and road conditions.
