Private Car
From Karimabad in Hunza Valley, head south on the Karakoram Highway (KKH) towards Nagar Valley. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction for Hopar Valley, which is well-marked. Turn left onto the Hopar Valley road. After about 10 kilometers of driving, you will arrive in Hopar village. The total journey should take around 30 to 40 minutes depending on road conditions.

Public Transportation
To reach Hopar Valley using public transport, take a local bus or shared van from Karimabad to Nagar. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station. The fare is around PKR 100-200. After reaching Nagar, you can take a local taxi or a shared jeep to Hopar. The taxi fare to Hopar from Nagar is approximately PKR 500-700, and the journey takes about 20 to 30 minutes.

For the adventurous, you can hike from Karimabad to Hopar Valley. This is a challenging trek that will take a full day, so it is recommended only for experienced hikers.
