Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards the Karakoram Highway (KKH) from any point in Hunza Valley. Follow the KKH northbound for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the Passu area. Look for signs indicating 'Passu' and 'Passu Cones'. Once in Passu, take a left turn just before the Passu village towards the Touch De Passu Cones site. The cones are located approximately 4 kilometers from the village, and the road is relatively well-maintained, but be cautious of any loose gravel or road conditions. Parking is available near the cones.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, look for shared vans or local buses that travel along the Karakoram Highway. You can catch these from major towns in Hunza, like Karimabad or Gulmit. Inform the driver that you're going to Passu. Once you arrive in Passu, you can either walk (approximately 40 minutes) to the Touch De Passu Cones or hire a local taxi or tuk-tuk for the remaining 4 kilometers. The fare for a taxi should be around 500 PKR. Be sure to negotiate the price beforehand.
