From Kargil, continue on the NH1D for about 60 km until you reach Dras. The Mushkoh Valley is located a few kilometers from Dras, so you can either drive or hire a local taxi to take you to the valley. Make sure to follow the local signs as you approach Dras. The entire journey from Leh to Mushkoh Valley typically takes around 5-6 hours, depending on road conditions.

The bus ride from Kargil to Dras takes about 1 hour. From Dras, you can hire a taxi to take you the remaining distance to Mushkoh Valley, which is around 10 km away.
