Car
From Nanga Parbat Base Camp, start by driving towards Raikot. Follow the road signs indicating Raikot, which is approximately 15 kilometers away. Once you reach Raikot, look for the sign directing you to Fairy Meadows. You will need to park your car at the base camp parking area in Raikot. Note that private vehicles are not permitted beyond this point.

Jeep
After parking your car in Raikot, hire a local jeep to take you to the trailhead for Fairy Meadows. The jeep ride will take about 30 minutes, and it is advisable to negotiate the fare beforehand. Expect to pay around PKR 3000-5000 for the round trip. The jeep will take you to the start of the trekking route.

Hiking
From the jeep drop-off point, you will need to hike approximately 2-3 hours to reach Fairy Meadows Cottages. The trail is generally well-marked, but it can be steep and rugged in certain areas. Make sure to wear sturdy hiking boots and carry plenty of water. Once you arrive at Fairy Meadows, you will see the cottages nestled among the beautiful landscape.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Gilgit to Raikot. The bus journey will take about 6-8 hours. Once in Raikot, follow the same steps as above: park your bus at the parking area, then hire a jeep to the trailhead, and finally hike to Fairy Meadows Cottages.
