The jeep ride takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and costs around PKR 3,000 to 5,000 per person, depending on the season and availability.

For those opting for public transportation, you can take a bus from Gilgit to Raikot. The bus ride takes about 2-3 hours and costs around PKR 500 to 800. Once you reach Raikot, you will have to hire a jeep as mentioned above to get to Fairy Meadows base camp.

After reaching Raikot, you must hire a 4x4 jeep to reach Fairy Meadows. The jeep ride will take you through rough terrain, so it's advisable to book a jeep in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons. The cost of the jeep ride ranges from PKR 3,000 to 5,000 per person. This jeep transfer is essential as no other vehicles can make it to the base camp.

Once you reach the base camp at Fairy Meadows, you can start your trek to the National Park. The starting point for the trails is well marked.
