From the center of Kokopo, head east along the main road (Kokopo Road) towards the beach. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn left onto Bitapaka Road. Follow Bitapaka Road for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass by local shops and residential areas. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to Bitapaka War Cemetery. After about 3 kilometers, you will see a sign for Bitapaka War Cemetery on your right. The cemetery is located a short distance from the road, so follow the pathway leading into the cemetery.
