After about 2 miles, take exit 1A toward West Chester. Merge onto West Chester Bypass (Route 322) and continue straight. After about 3 miles, take the exit for Oakland Road. Turn left onto Oakland Road and drive for about 0.5 miles. The Brinton 1704 House will be on your right at 21 Oakland Rd, West Chester, PA 19382. There is parking available nearby.
