Walking
If you're starting from downtown Erie, head east on State Street until you reach the intersection with East 6th Street. Turn left onto East 6th Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Parade Street. Turn right onto Parade Street and walk north until you reach the entrance of Presque Isle State Park. Once inside the park, follow the road signs towards Fort Presque Isle. The fort is located near the water and is a short walk from the parking areas. Look for the Blockhouse, which is a historical structure within the park.

Public Transit
From the Erie Transportation Center, take the public bus (Route 12) towards Presque Isle State Park. Stay on the bus until you reach the last stop at the park entrance. After disembarking, walk into the park and follow the signs to Fort Presque Isle. The Blockhouse is located near the waterfront, and it's a short stroll from the bus stop.

If you have access to a bicycle, start in downtown Erie and head east on State Street. Follow State Street until you reach East 6th Street, turn left, and continue until Parade Street. Turn right onto Parade Street and bike north towards Presque Isle State Park. Once in the park, look for bike paths that lead to Fort Presque Isle. The Blockhouse is visible from the trails along the waterfront.
