Getting There

Walking

Starting from the Gettysburg town square, head south on Baltimore Street (Route 97). Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Steinwehr Avenue. Turn left onto Steinwehr Avenue and continue for another 0.5 miles. You will come to the intersection with York Street (Route 30). Cross York Street and continue on Steinwehr Avenue until you reach the traffic circle. From the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Taneytown Road (Route 134). Walk for about 0.7 miles, and you will see Glenwood Drive on your right. Turn right onto Glenwood Drive, and after a short walk, you will find the Land of Little Horses at 125 Glenwood Drive.
Public Transit

If you prefer public transit, start at the Gettysburg Visitor Center located at 1195 Baltimore Pike. From the visitor center, take the Gettysburg Public Transit bus (Route 1) towards the downtown area. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Baltimore Street and Steinwehr Avenue. Then, transfer to the Gettysburg Transit bus (Route 2) heading towards Taneytown Road. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop for Glenwood Drive. Walk a short distance to reach Land of Little Horses at 125 Glenwood Drive.
